At Bump and Beyond, pregnancy massage is performed in a comfortable side-lying position to provide the best support for both mum and baby. During the massage, you’ll lie on your side with pillows positioned to maximise comfort: one under your head, one for you to hold onto and support your tummy, and another between your knees to help align and relieve pressure. We’ll massage one side of your body before carefully shifting the pillows and turning you onto the other side to repeat the process. Toward the end of the session, you’ll be gently turned onto your back, and we’ll elevate the electric bed to provide full support without any extra movement from you. If included in your treatment, we’ll finish with a soothing neck, head, face, and scalp massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow us to ensure all necessary paperwork for your treatment is complete. To make this process easier for you, we will send a consultation form to you before your appointment, this is super easy to complete online however if this is not an option for you - we will provide you the option of completing one in store. The entrance and parking is located at at the rear of the building. Come into Hobson Ave and just behind the Caltex station, between Caltex and the Giant store is our private parking area. The entrance to Bump and Beyond is accessible behind the grey trellis.
