A little update from Sammy
Hey lovely, I just wanted to share a little update with you all. For now, I've made the decision to reduce my hours at Bump and Beyond while I take on another role to help support my family, and I just wanted to be upfront with you about that rather than go quiet without explanation. I'm still here, I'm still doing what I love, just not at the same capacity as before. I also wanted to let you know that I'll no longer be offering my postpartum home visits, and honestly this one was a hard decision because I have absolutely loved showing up for you in that way, but from now on I'll only be seeing clients in the studio. Thank you so much for your understanding and for the support you've always shown me, it genuinely means the world. I can't wait to see you in the studio soon.

I work to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, and promote relaxation for both mother and baby by using a combination of techniques like long flowing strokes, myofascial release & stretching techniques, particularly around the areas that need it - usually lower back and hips.
